Our Methodology

COMMUNICATION, TEAMWORK, AND HANDS-ON INVOLVEMENT

Onboarding

This step includes introductory calls, proposals, due diligence, and the like. We also perform a site assessment to get an idea of the space and what equipment will need to go in the space.

Design & Production

GPN will begin to create construction drawings with input from brand and franchise teams, which will include architectural, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design.

Review

Drawings are sent to be reviewed by all branding, landlord, and franchise teams. GPN makes any corrections and preps the drawings for permit submittal.

Permitting

When final drawings are approved, it’s time to begin the permit process with local agencies. Your General Contractor can take care of this, or GPN can work with you to get these permits.
