CADD Operator / Architectural Designer

GPN is seeking a self-motivated architectural designer to join our team. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of architectural experience and be proficient in all phases of building design and construction.

Established in 2005, GPN, Inc. is looking to add several experienced CADD Technicians (Level I &II) to our team. We maintain a fast-paced, pleasant, and professional work environment with little to no drama.

Responsibilities

  • Create, Evaluate, and Manipulate designs to meet the needs of client
  • Produce and Coordinate Construction Documents with supervision from Project Architect and/or Senior Designer

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in all phases of Building Design and Construction
  • AutoCADD and REVIT advanced proficiencies are required along with a working knowledge of Building Systems
  • 3 years of commercial architectural drafting/design experience
  • Prior experience with restaurants and physical fitness facilities is a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit design software
  • AS Degree a plus
  • Ability to Multitask in a demanding work environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail is essential
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs with Office 365 experience a plus
  • Fluent and Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Pre-employment Screen Required: Criminal Background, Credit Check, Drug Test
